Check It Out Home Inspections, Inc. was conceived and launched in the fall of 1999 by Cal Fenimore and his wife Marybeth.
Growing up with a father who was a contractor, Cal began learning the ins and outs of construction from an early age of eight. Even though he departed from his construction background in his early twenties, his interest in the building trades was still very much a part of his make up.
Cal ventured in into the world of motorcycle and automotive service where he learned the importance of what it meant to take care of customers. Further honing his customer relation skills Cal's career path lead him to work for American Honda Motor Co., Inc. There he worked in customer relations and ultimately, his dream job of supporting Honda's motorcycle racing efforts and as a professional motorcycle rider taking customers on guided tours all over the country.
The customer relation skills he has developed has created an everlasting attitude and desire, in him, to do his best to ensure the clients of Check It Out Home Inspections, Inc. are satisfied with their home inspection by providing the service and communication they deserve.

Commercial inspections including; apartment complexes, warehouse / office buildings, store front buildings and even a power boat dealership building. Specialty or single item inspections are always considered.

In the community Cal is proud to give back. He is a leader both in a Cub Scout pack and a Boy Scout troop. He also supports and participates with a group of guys named “Under Construction”, sponsored by Greenwood Community Church. Their goal is to reach out to widows, single moms, and women who's husbands do not have the ability to maintain their home as they used to.
